Platform, or Instructor Lead Training, is one of the most common types of training. It requires being able to analyze and breakdown complex processes, tasks, and information in such a way that learners can grasp it quickly and instructors can explain it all efficiently.

Training developed well should allow any trainer to pick up the materials and train with credibility. It requires task analysis, research-based expectations, and definable metrics to measure learner response.
