I have seen a lot of portfolios that represent the end-user product that a learning professional produces. Some have the opportunity to create without boundaries, which is the dream, others work in far more restrictive organizations where creativity is seriously restrained.
I decided that I would show more than just a few of the end results, but the process by which I went through to create training. The following demonstrates the redesign of a new hire program where I created 240 hours of new hire training for three brands, including four business units, within five months.
