More recently, Jacobs, et al, has been evaluating and reviewing courseware for the IADLEST National Certification Program (NCP) which makes it possible for a course to be accepted by 36 state public safety regulatory bodies.

However, training needs review to make sure that not only will it be accepted by a those regulatory bodies, but also that it meets certain criteria for being defensible. Training also needs to be reviewed for meeting current learning standards and science. Finding a dependable third-party objective review of training is difficult, so we are now offering this service to independent and corprate instructors, and training organizations and teams.
