Jacobs, et al, has been evaluating and reviewing training for decades for the military corporate, and public safety worlds. More recently, Jacobs, et al, has been evaluating and reviewing courseware for the IADLEST National Certification Program (NCP) which makes it possible for a course to be accepted by 36 state public safety regulatory bodies.
However, training needs review to make sure that not only will it be accepted by a those regulatory bodies, but also that it meets certain criteria for being defensible. Training also needs to be reviewed for meeting current learning standards and science. Finding a dependable third-party objective review of training is difficult, so we are now offering this service to independent and corprate instructors, and training organizations and teams.
Whether you are preparing your course for an industry certification or for your own professional review, we will review your course materials and provide recommendations, if any are needed. With the increasing competition within the training industry, and increased litigation, making sure your materials meet the highest standards can provide an edge.
While we review training to meet common industry standards, we go further to review at a higher standard and provide actionable recommendations and identify issues you may want to address.
The result is a printed report and a consultation as part of the fee.
